Short Biography: I previoiusly held a license in the ACT under the name of Capital Sports P/L. We bet mainly on horse racing and sport and built a substantial business in a short period of time.

I applied for a license in Victorian (September 2001) and started operating in December 2001. Our first meeting was at Penhurst and we covered country Victoria from December 2001 - July 2002 travelling to all parts of the State.
